    What I have learned is that a food needs to have a fructose balanced or outweighed by a glucose. Like bananas, they have far more glucose in them than fructose so they have always been safe for me, even on an emptying stomach. I learned this from this website: http://www.foodintolerances.org/fructose-food-table.aspx
    The chart has been really helpful. I just wish it was more inclusive. It also has other food charts on the site.
